Medication Pick-Up

All medications must be picked up from the school clinic by 12:00 p.m. on June 15. Medications not picked up will be discarded. No medications are held in the school clinic over the summer. New Medication Administration Forms and/or Health Treatment Plans are required each school year. Forms may be obtained from your school or downloaded from the Student Health Services page.
