No-Cost Vaccine Clinic at Patriot HS

All current 11th grade students are required to receive the meningococcal and HPV vaccine before starting 12th grade. After reviewing educational materials approved by the Board of Health, a parent/guardian may elect for their student not to receive the HPV vaccine. Students WILL NOT be able to start school on August 18, 2025, without the meningococcal vaccine.

The Prince William Health District will be at Patriot High School on April 7, 2025, to administer the meningococcal and HPV vaccines for no cost.

Vaccines are provided on a first come first serve basis while supplies last.
