and
"The

Habits
of
Highly
Effective
Teens,"
teachers
and
students
internalize
timeless
leadership
principles
that
nurture
the
skills
students
need
for
success
in
the
21st
century.

Since
2010,
Dr.
Michael
E.
Bishop
has
worked
to
provide
a
learning
environment
and
school
community
based
on
four
core
values-
Leadership,
Integrity,
Character,
and
Pride.
In
order
to
achieve
this,
Dr.
Bishop
began
employing
the
7
Habits
for
staff
and
students.
Now
in
our
third
year,
Dr.
Bishop
and
members
of
the
Lighthouse
committee
will
prepare
to
initiate
new
staff
and
students,
share
the
philosophy
with
parents,
and
engage
the
community
in
the
7
Habits.
