PWCS Transcript Policy

Transcripts for College Applications are requested through Naviance:
  • Click the 'Colleges' tab at the top of the page
  • Select 'Colleges I'm applying to', click the '+' sign to the right
  • Answer all questions. Be sure to select the correct application type (i.e. Regular or Early Decision, Rolling, Priority, etc.), which will determine the college/university deadline for all documents to be received. THIS IS THE DATE THAT WE USE IN THE OFFICE FOR SUBMITTING COLLEGE DOCUMENTS.
  • Click 'Add and Request Transcript', answer questions, click 'Request and Finish'
  • If applying via the Common Application, see Common App tip sheet located at the bottom of Home page for instructions on matching accounts. (REQUIRED STEP)
  • Requests for the NCAA Eligibility Center are handled as if it were for a college application. Just type "NCAA".
  • The first three transcripts are free, all after that are $5 each. You do not need to request mid-year or final transcripts. Transcript requests for scholarships, nominations and the NCAA are also free of charge.
  • ALLOW 10 BUSINESS DAYS, PRIOR TO YOUR DEADLINE(S), FOR THE PROCESSING OF TRANSCRIPT REQUESTS

Paying for Transcripts--PWCS Online Fee Payments. See the attached for instructions on paying for transcripts. Online Payment System (1).pdf

  • First three college applications and accompanying transcripts requested for the school year = No Charge
  • All college applications beyond the first three with all accompanying transcripts = $5 per college application
  • Scholarship and NCAA Clearinghouse transcripts = No Charge

**Any student who has been granted a fee waiver for the SAT, ACT, or a specific college application may request a transcript fee wavier from the college and career counselor at the school level.
