Senior Clean-Up
Managing your PWCS accounts before Graduation
Access
Students will lose access to all PWCS assets by June 30. You will need to transfer any documents from OneDrive, Canva, Adobe Express, etc that you wish to hold onto. If you do not save these files locally to your own device(s), you will no longer have access to the files.
If you are able to change your login information, such as your College Board account, you should do that within the platform itself.
OneDrive
Export Files
Downloading multiple files will be exported as a ZIP file. Be sure that you are selecting ALL files that you want to download. Simply clicking the ‘Toggle Selection for all Items’ only selects the items that are in view. You may need to scroll down to select additional files/folders after your first download.
Save these files to an external thumb drive or hard drive.
- Open OneDrive > MyFiles
- Select ‘Toggle selection for all items’
- Press Download
As you scroll down, notice the additional folders/files that are available for download. You can see how many items are selected in the right corner.
Canva / Adobe Express
Canva does not offer a bulk export feature. You will need to navigate to the project(s) you want to save, click Share in the top right corner > Download and save the file(s) in the format you prefer.
- Select your file and press ‘Share’
- Click Download
- Choose the file format you want to keep
Adobe Express files should be downloaded in a very similar manner except you do not have to push the Share button to get to the Download menu.
