The yearbook is a memory book for students, and you can make it a treasure by including a personalized message. Once on the Yearbook Forever website, you will select "Create a Personal Ad".

Enter your student's information, school name (Patriot High School) and click on shop the store button. Scroll down and select “Get started.”

Fill out the information.

Select "Have the School Design My Ad.”

Choose your ad size; the 1/16 option is for baby ads ONLY.

Select color option then press “next” and then “continue.”

Type the information for your senior's ad and upload photo(s).

No physical photos can be accepted.
